At Lusa Luso, we are proud to work hand in hand with exclusively Portuguese artisans and brands, from different regions. We have around 30 different suppliers, some of them present only for part of the year (basketry rather on Spring / Summer and some woolen items on Autumn / Winter only to give a few examples).

Have you received a broken/damaged item? Despite all the care taken in packaging during shipping, these are things that can happen.
Don't worry, we are here for you and we will send you a new item as a replacement as soon as possible. In order to open a claim regarding your damaged item received, we invite you to send an email to ola@lusaluso.com
including your order number and one or more photos of the damaged product and a member of our team will take care of you.
We will get back to you within 24 hours.

You have the right to withdraw within 14 working days after receiving your order. The product(s) must be returned by you and at your expense, and must be received in their original condition.

Upon receipt of your item in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund and notify you by email. The refund will be made by the same means of payment used when you placed your order. In all cases, we will keep you informed of the receipt of your package and the processing of your refund by email. Refund by credit card can take up to 48 working hours.

As we do everything we can to ensure delivery within the time frame, once the order has been placed on our site, it is no longer possible to modify the order. However, you have the option to withdraw once the order has been received. We will then refund all or part of your order. Only the return delivery costs will be at your expense.
