Portugal as a legacy
Born to Portuguese immigrant parents, Sandra Da Costa Blanc grew up between two countries and two cultures. Deeply attached to her Lusitanian roots and driven by a project of transmission and love of beautiful manual work, she created Lusa Luso in 2016. Through objects rich in history and emotions, staged in atmospheres some of which rocked her childhood, she offers to share the land of her ancestors where welcome and sweetness of life are the key words.
Material and Know-How as a common thread
Lusa Luso selects and edits objects that have a soul, created from natural materials and artisanal processes with a strong identity. Wool, cotton, recycled textiles, ceramics, wood, ... the materials set the pace for the two annual collections. Modeled, woven, painted or sculpted, most of the time by hand, they give life to tableware, textiles, kitchen accessories, always authentic, beautiful, durable and so to speak unique.

With its name as a nod to those around the world who share the Portuguese language and culture, Lusa Luso invites you on an intimate stroll through this amazing little corner of Europe, with its rich and mixed culture. Between mountains and agricultural plains, colorful cities and white sand beaches, Lusa Luso presents its colorful and timeless collections, where everyone can find, according to the seasons, the beautiful objects that suit them.
Reinventing Tradition
Ceramics whose use dictates the purity of forms, traditional weaves and tableware with resolutely current patterns... Lusa Luso has chosen to collaborate with family businesses and young artisans who revisit Portuguese heritage. Mixing design and craftsmanship, they reinvent everyday pieces and give them a second life as decorative objects that find their place in contemporary interiors.

Convinced that beautiful objects are made to last, to be cherished and then passed on, Lusa Luso composes collections that respond to each other and offer a continuity of themes and materials. Each season thus brings out new colors and beautiful details, on pieces to be combined with each other, to build over time its own collection: beautiful, unique and free from the dictates of fashion.
