Shipping of your parcel
Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are sent either via Mondial Relay or Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered against signature.
The shipping fee includes preparation, packaging, and postage costs. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
The dimensions of the shipping packages are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order. We cover all preparation costs, including packing time, shipping boxes, and protective materials.
For shipping, we offer the following options:
- A Mondial Relay option, which remains affordable (and free for purchases over €150)
- A Colissimo option with a tracking number, delivered against signature
- For Paris and the Paris region, a free Click and Collect option at our store (92 Bd Voltaire – 75011 Paris)

Rest of the world: Due to the specific customs requirements of each territory and the high cost of shipping, we do not currently ship orders outside of the European Union.
Returns
Products can be returned, provided they have not been used and, if possible, in their original packaging within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order. To do this, simply send the item(s) back directly to the address below.
The shipping costs related to the return are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that returned products are properly packaged to avoid any risk of damage. We encourage you to return items using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the returned items.
Sale or promotional items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
